At Tulia Guesthouse, we offer five unique apartments, each thoughtfully designed in a traditional Canarian style. Every space reflects the charm of local architecture, with warm colors, wooden accents, and volcanic stone details that honor the history and culture of Tenerife.

We’ve named each accommodation after one of the island’s beautiful beaches—each with its own story to tell. If you’re curious, we’d love to share the tales of these beaches and inspire your journey here!

BOLLULLO

A comfortable one-bedroom space with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to four guests.

The kitchenette is simple and functional, overlooking the inner patio. Volcanic rock walls and local art add character to the apartment.

Good to know Located on the ground floor, with a window on the street side (no overlooking). Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a small group of friends.

SOCORRO

The Socorro apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests.

It features a small kitchenette and a living area. Yellow walls and a street-facing window give it a cheerful atmosphere.

Good to know Situated on the first floor, with windows on the street. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a small group of friends.

EL ANCON

This apartment offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to four guests.

It includes a simple but functional kitchenette, a warm bedroom, and windows overlooking both the street and the inner patio. Yellow, volcanic rock walls and wooden ceilings add a touch of Canarian charm.

Good to know Located on the first floor. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a small group of friends.

DUPLEX LOS PATOS x BENIJO

This three-floor duplex has two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. The upper bedroom overlooks the garden and mountains, while the lower bedroom faces the patio. Sleeps up to four guests.

Volcanic rocks and wooden details give the apartment authentic Canarian character, and there are small seating areas in the kitchen and bedrooms.

Good to know Great for families or friends who want privacy and space while enjoying the charm of the guesthouse.

DUPLEX ALMACIGA x LA CALETA

The Almaciga & La Caleta duplex has two bedrooms and a kitchen, sleeping up to six guests.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, and the smaller bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with views of the garden and patio. Volcanic rock walls and bright corridors add warmth and character.

Good to know The most private apartment of the guesthouse, ideal for families or friends seeking a quiet, independent stay.

PRIVATE BEDROOMS

Our two private bedrooms are part of the Los Patos–Benijo duplex apartment, offering the comfort of a home with the warmth of shared living. Each room can be rented separately, sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the other bedroom in the duplex.
Los Patos is a bright, spacious bedroom on the top floor, with views over the garden and the mountains.
Benijo is on the ground floor, a cozy and quiet space with local art and volcanic stone details — perfect for those who prefer a more intimate atmosphere.
Guests staying in the private bedrooms also have access to all common areas of Tulia: the garden, rooftop terrace, workspace, inner patio, and our small hidden pool.
