Whether you are planning a focused team workation, a yoga retreat, or just gathering your favorite friends and family under one roof, having the whole place to yourselves changes the entire energy of the trip.

  • You can enjoy an intimate, unique space with Tulia: flexible and private accommodation, indoor and outdoor space for yoga practices, our lush garden ideal for shared meals or meditation, and the proximity with nature while being at the center of Los Realejos.

  • Run your sprint weeks or strategy sessions in a fully equipped workspace with high-speed internet connection, then close your laptops and walk into the mountains together.

  • Big enough to fit up to 18 people, but designed so everyone can still find a moment of peace when they need it.

  • A beautiful space to bring writers, artists, or designers together. The historic architecture, shifting natural light, and quiet corners give everyone room to focus on their individual projects, with plenty of shared spaces to bounce ideas around over dinner.

The Set-up: 5 independant spaces

Tulia is a restored 17th-century Canarian home made of exposed stones, heavy wooden beams, and original floors. When you privatize the property, your group gets full, exclusive access to:

3 One-Bedroom Apartments

Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or team leads. They can each fit two to four people.

2 Two-Bedroom Duplexes

Flexible spaces for friends, participants or colleagues sharing a kitchen and bathroom while having their own bedroom.

1 shared veranda

That can be flexible: equipped coworking area, yoga space with view on our garden, breakfast or dinner room, conference space, etc.

Other shared spaces

Garden, little indoor pool with its own terrace overlooking the nature and ocean, patio with our protected Dragon Tree, rooftop terrace, shared library… Our house is a heaven to keep exploring and getting inspired at every corner!

Extras we can arrange

You don’t have to spend hours organizing logistics or chasing down local vendors. We know the island and the people who make it special, so we can easily connect you with the right professionals to elevate your stay.

  • Take the hassle out of group meals. We can bring in a local chef to cook fresh, authentic meals right at the house for your breakfast, lunch, or dinners.

  • Want a private session for your team or family? We can arrange for an instructor to lead classes out on the panoramic rooftop or in the veranda.

  • Bring the relaxation directly to the house with an on-site therapist for recovery after a long day of working or exploring.

  • Tenerife has some of the best trails in the world, but it’s easy to get lost. We can set you up with a local guide to show your group the most spectacular routes around El Teide, Masca, Anaga and the surrounding forests.

  • If your group wants an adrenaline rush, just let us know. We can get you sorted with local experts for surf lessons, paragliding, or just about any outdoor activity the island has to offer.

We are located in the historic center of Los Realejos Alto, a town that doesn't put on a show for tourists. It’s a lively community known for keeping Canarian traditions alive, boasting nearly 80 local festivals a year.

Step outside the front door and you'll find small, family-run cafés where the locals know each other. We sit right at the foothills of the El Teide volcano, meaning spectacular hiking trails start just minutes from the house.

When you want to find the ocean, beautiful black-sand beaches and vibrant towns like La Orotava or Puerto de la Cruz are just a 15 to 30-minute hop away by car, scooter, or bus.

We stay out of your way so you can focus on your group, but we handle the details behind the scenes to keep things smooth:
