  • There are several options to reach us by bus from both airports, you can check when you arrive on Google Maps the best itinerary according to your arrival time. Here are some suggestions:

    ✈️ FROM THE NORTH AIRPORT (TFN - La Laguna) 👉 You can take a bus from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz: bus n.30, and then stop at the bus stop “Puerto de la Cruz” (around 45mn of bus). From there, catch the bus n.353 until “La Pila” stop (around 26mn of bus).

    ✈️ FROM THE SOUTH AIRPORT (TFS) 👉 You can take the direct bus from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz: bus n.343 (around 1h20/30 of bus), and then stop at “Puerto de la Cruz” (the main station of the town). From this station you can take the bus n.353 until “La Pila”. 👉 If the schedule of the bus n.343 does not match your time of arrival, you can also take the bus n.10 to Santa Cruz de Tenerife (around 30/45mn of bus), and then a bus to Puerto de la Cruz (101 or 103 for example, around 45mn of bus). All of these buses go every 20-30mn.

    👉 If you prefer, from Puerto de la Cruz you can also call a taxi. From the bus stop it is around 15-20mn of car (depending on traffic) and taxis are not expensive (it is around 8-10euros every 10mn).

  • Tenerife is very well connected by public transports! It is also a great solution if you want to travel in a more eco-friendly way.

    👉 The bus system is called TITSA, you can check the schedule on their website or via Google Maps (this is also pretty accurate, as for most of the buses it gives you the real time schedule of the bus).

    👉 To purchase a ticket, you can do it directly by card (no contact) or cash on the bus. You can also download the app of TITSA to buy tickets in advance, entering your depart and arrival. If you stay longer in Tenerife, it is worth having a wallet-card (monedero) that you can purchase in some bus stations (like the one of Puerto de la Cruz). With this wallet-card, you will pay by the distance, and not by a fixed price (a single ticket from Los Realejos to Puerto is around 1,40 euros, for example).

  • As we are located in the heart of Los Realejos, on-site parking is limited. However, free/public parking is available on our street and in the streets around.

  • While we do not provide direct transportation services, we can assist you in booking pick-up or drop-off services to and from the guesthouse. Taxi Luigi, in Los Realejos, is a company we often use.

Booking, Fees & Conditions

  • 👉 Fall and Winter / until April 5th, 2026: Minimum stay of 6 nights (shorter stays available in the gaps)
    👉 from April 6th to October 11th, 2026: Minimum stay of 2 nights
    👉 Some exceptions may apply, if you wish to stay with us, do not hesitate to contact us!

  • 👉 Yes, we offer a 14% discount for stays of 1 week and a 20% discount for stays of 1 month. These discounts are directly applied when you book.

  • Individual Bookings

    • More than 25 days before arrival:
      You will receive a 100% refund of the total amount of the stay, including the deposit.

    • Between 25 and 10 days before arrival:
      The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be kept by Tulia Guesthouse. Any amount paid beyond the 50% deposit will be refunded.

    • Less than 10 days before arrival or in case of no-show:
      The full amount of the stay is due and no refund will be made.

    • Early departure:
      If the guest decides to shorten the stay after arrival, the full amount of the original booking remains due. No partial refund is possible once the stay has started.

    Group Bookings

    • Cancellation conditions for group bookings are established individually, depending on the size of the group and the length of the stay.

Our amenities

  • 👉 We offer both private apartments and private bedrooms in shared apartments. You can check Our Accommodations for all the details.

  • 👉 Yes, all apartments feature private bathrooms with showers or bathtub, towels, and toiletries included (soap and shampoo).
    👉 Private bedrooms share the bathrooms with one other bedroom. We also have one extra common bathroom.

  • 👉 No, our apartments are designed to provide a relaxing and screen-free environment, encouraging you to enjoy the natural beauty of Tenerife and our community spaces.

  • 👉 Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, and essential cookware. An electric oven is availablle on demand.

  • 👉 Yes, we have a laundry on-site that all the guests can use for free. Detergent is included.

  • 👉 While we do not offer air conditioning, the apartments are designed to stay cool, and fans are available upon request. We also provide portable electric heaters and extra blankets.

  • 👉 Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi access in all apartments and common areas.

Accessibility

  • 👉 Our apartment BOLLULLO is located on the main floor with no stairs to use. However, our whole guesthouse is an old house with some stairs to access common areas, garden, roofterrace, etc. The streets of Los Realejos are also very steep, with a lot of stairs.

  • 👉 Yes, we have apartments suitable for families. We have two two-bedroom apartments ideal for families and friends stays. Please let us know in advance so we can recommend the best option for your group.

  • 👉 Pets are unfortunately not allowed at our guesthouse.

  • 👉 No, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

  • 👉 Our workspace includes high-speed internet, comfortable settings, ample power outlets, extra monitors, tea and coffee.

  • 👉 Yes, our co-working space is accessible 24/7 for guests staying at the guesthouse.

  • 👉 We do not have dedicated meeting rooms. If you need more privacy, there is high-speed internet in all apartments.

  • 👉 No, but there's a print shop a couple of minutes' walk from us that offers a wide range of services at a good price.

  • 👉 Playa El Socorro is the nearest beach from Tulia. It takes around 10mn by car to reach it. It is also a great spot for surfing.

  • 🛵 RENT A CAR / SCOOTER

    • CICAR (best quality/price) Available in Puerto de la Cruz, and in many places (North and South Airports, Santa Cruz, etc.)

    • EUROPCAR (fair prices) Available in both airports - If you want to rent a scooter, we often rent the ones of COOLTRA. They are located in Santa Cruz so you need to be comfortable riding a scooter for a long time / on the highway, but it is a great mean of transportation around the island. Other drivers here are usually respectful and it is not stressful to drive it

    • COOLTRA. If you want to rent a scooter, you can rent it at Cooltra. They are located in Santa Cruz, so you need to be confident driving a scooter on the highway, but they have good quality scooters and fair prices / monthly rentals.

    🚵 RENT A BIKE - You can rent bikes and mountain bikes at RIDE BASE (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1vyCP4aUo6RsozRd9) in Puerto de la Cruz (reachable with a direct bus from Tulia). They also organize day/weekend trips.
