Payment Conditions
At the moment of booking, you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total of your stay. The rest of the amount will be due at the check-in, the day of your arrival. Your credit card information will be kept safely as a security for any potential damages. For last-minute bookings or short stays (1-2 nights), we ask you to pay the full amount before check-in. 

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 25 days prior to your arrival, you can fully keep your deposit as a credit to use in the next 18 months. If you cancel between 25 and 10 days prior to arrival, we will keep a cancelation fee of 25% of the total amount of your booking and the rest of the deposit you can still use as a credit for the 18 months to come.
If you cancel 10 days or less prior to arrival, in case of a no-show, or if you leave before your checkout time, you will be charged the full amount of your booked stay.  
 
COVID 19 Policy
During your stay, we ask everyone to respect the basic rules of washing hands regularly.
In case of big outings, gathering, or first signs of feeling unwell we may ask everyone (vaccinated or not) to take self test (available at the supermarket).
Being a community guesthouse it is important that we all remain considerate of each other and take preventive measures to avoid the spread of Covid within the property.
In the event of a positive case in the guesthouse during your stay: anyone getting a positive test result during their stay will be asked to remain in quarantine in their room for a minimum of 5 days and until they get a negative test and do not have symptoms anymore. If the quarantine period is extending over their stay the additional nights will be charged to the resident (subject to availability).
If someone tests positive we will ask every resident at the guesthouse to take a self test as well, on the day and 3 to 4days later again in order to limit the spread.
