We welcome you the whole year in the beautiful town of Los Realejos! Here is our official calendar so you can know what to expect when booking:
 

Until April 6th, 2025

We are open as a Community Guesthouse

April 7th to October 12th, 2025

We are open as a Guesthouse for shorter stays, family & friends gatherings,

and privatization of the full guesthouse

Weekly/Monthly discounts:

14% for 1 week
20% for 1 month

What is included in the rate

  • A stay in a vibrant local town full of festivities, close to the ocean and many other attractions

What is not included

  • Extra activities that we help our guests organize, such as surf lessons, scuba diving, massages, paragliding, etc.

  • Day trips and visits around

  • Daily breakfast (we organize a Community Brunch from time to time)

  • Fixed weekly schedule 

  • Pick-up/drop-off to/from the guesthouse (we can help you book it)

Community Guesthouse

  • Minimum stay of 6 nights/one week 

  • Weekly recommendations for events around us

  • Focus on nomadic/remote working lifestyle to adapt the days with the realities of our guests

  • Weekly / monthly activities at the guesthouse (yoga, hiking, etc.)

Guesthouse

  • Minimum stay of 2 nights

  • Weekly recommendations for events around us 

  • No activities at the guesthouse 

  • We still offer our coworking space with fast-speed internet for remote workers and nomads

  • Focus on travelers, families, couples and nomads who want to discover the island and who seek more independancy

Important Notes before Booking

By booking with us you agree to our terms & conditions.
 
We encourage you to book a stay of a minimum of 1 week to be able to enjoy all what our Community Guesthouse has to offer.

Let us know if you want to book a full Duplex (2-bedroom apartment).

Payment Conditions
At the moment of booking, you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total of your stay. The rest of the amount will be due at the check-in, the day of your arrival. Your credit card information will be kept safely as a security for any potential damages. For last-minute bookings or short stays (1-2 nights), we ask you to pay the full amount before check-in. 

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 25 days prior to your arrival, you can fully keep your deposit as a credit to use in the next 18 months. If you cancel between 25 and 10 days prior to arrival, we will keep a cancelation fee of 25% of the total amount of your booking and the rest of the deposit you can still use as a credit for the 18 months to come.
If you cancel 10 days or less prior to arrival, in case of a no-show, or if you leave before your checkout time, you will be charged the full amount of your booked stay.  
 
COVID 19 Policy
During your stay, we ask everyone to respect the basic rules of washing hands regularly.
In case of big outings, gathering, or first signs of feeling unwell we may ask everyone (vaccinated or not) to take self test (available at the supermarket).
Being a community guesthouse it is important that we all remain considerate of each other and take preventive measures to avoid the spread of Covid within the property.
In the event of a positive case in the guesthouse during your stay: anyone getting a positive test result during their stay will be asked to remain in quarantine in their room for a minimum of 5 days and until they get a negative test and do not have symptoms anymore. If the quarantine period is extending over their stay the additional nights will be charged to the resident (subject to availability).
If someone tests positive we will ask every resident at the guesthouse to take a self test as well, on the day and 3 to 4days later again in order to limit the spread.
