HOW TO REACH US BY BUS?
There are several options to reach us by bus from both airports, you can check when you arrive on Google Maps the best itinerary according to your arrival time. Here are some suggestions: ✈️ FROM THE NORTH AIRPORT (TFN - La Laguna) 👉 You can take a bus from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz: bus n.30, and then stop at the bus stop “Puerto de la Cruz” (around 45mn of bus). From there, catch the bus n.353 until “La Pila” stop (around 26mn of bus). ✈️ FROM THE SOUTH AIRPORT (TFS) 👉 You can take the direct bus from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz: bus n.343 (around 1h20/30 of bus), and then stop at “Puerto de la Cruz” (the main station of the town). From this station you can take the bus n.353 until “La Pila”. 👉 If the schedule of the bus n.343 does not match your time of arrival, you can also take the bus n.10 to Santa Cruz de Tenerife (around 30/45mn of bus), and then a bus to Puerto de la Cruz (101 or 103 for example, around 45mn of bus). All of these buses go every 20-30mn. 👉 If you prefer, from Puerto de la Cruz you can also call a taxi. From the bus stop it is around 15-20mn of car (depending on traffic) and taxis are not expensive (it is around 8-10euros every 10mn).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN TENERIFE
Tenerife is very well connected by public transports! It is also a great solution if you want to travel in a more eco-friendly way. 👉 The bus system is called TITSA, you can check the schedule on their website (https://www.titsa.com/index.php/en/) or via Google Maps (this is also pretty accurate, as for most of the buses it gives you the real time schedule of the bus). 👉 To purchase a ticket, you can do it directly by card (no contact) or cash on the bus. You can also download the app of TITSA to buy tickets in advance, entering your depart and arrival. If you stay longer in Tenerife, it is worth having a wallet-card (monedero) that you can purchase in some bus stations (like the one of Puerto de la Cruz). With this wallet-card, you will pay by the distance, and not by a fixed price (a single ticket from Los Realejos to Puerto is around 1,40 euros, for example).
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE?
As we are located in the heart of Los Realejos, on-site parking is limited. However, free/public parking is available on our street and in the streets around.
DO WE OFFER AIRPORT PICK-UP / DROP-OFF SERVICES?
While we do not provide direct transportation services, we can assist you in booking pick-up or drop-off services to and from the guesthouse. Taxi Luigi, in Los Realejos, is a company we often use.
Booking, Fees & Conditions
WHAT IS OUR MINIMUM STAY?
👉 Community Guesthouse (until April 6th, 2025) : Minimum stay of 6 nights (shorter stays available in the gaps) 👉 Guesthouse (from April 6th to October 12th, 2025): Minimum stay of 2 nights 👉 Some exceptions may apply, if you wish to stay with us, do not hesitate to contact us!
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAYS?
👉 Yes, we offer a 14% discount for stays of 1 week and a 20% discount for stays of 1 month.
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
👉 25 days and more before arrival: You can keep your deposit as a credit for use within the next 18 months. 👉 Between 24 and 10 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount applies; the remaining deposit can be used as a credit for 18 months. 👉 Less than 10 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure: The full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

WHAT TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS DO WE OFFER?
👉 We offer both private apartments and private bedrooms in shared apartments. You can choose between three one-bedroom Apartments (BOLLULLO, SOCORRO and EL ANCON), or four bedrooms in two shared apartments (ALMACIGA, LA CALETA, LOS PATOS, BENIJO). Each bedroom shares a kitchen and bathroom with one other bedroom.
DO PRIVATE APARTMENTS HAVE PRIVATE BATHROOMS?
👉 Yes, all apartments feature private bathrooms with showers, towels, and toiletries included (soap and shampoo). 👉 Private bedrooms share the bathrooms with one other bedroom. We also have one extra common bathroom.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE TVs?
👉 No, our apartments are designed to provide a relaxing and screen-free environment, encouraging you to enjoy the natural beauty of Tenerife and our community spaces.
WHAT ARE THE KITCHEN FACILITIES?
👉 Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, and essential cookware.
IS THERE A LAUNDRY ON-SITE?
👉 Yes, we have a laundry on-site that all the guests can use for free. Detergent is included.
DO WE HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING OR HEATING?
👉 While we do not offer air conditioning, the apartments are designed to stay cool, and fans are available upon request. We also provide portable electric heaters and extra blankets.
IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY?
👉 Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi access in all apartments and common areas.
Accessibility
ARE THE APARTMENTS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
👉 Our apartment BOLLULLO is located on the main floor with no stairs to use. However, our whole guesthouse is an old house with some stairs to access common areas, garden, roofterrace, etc.
ARE THERE FAMILY-FRIENDLY APARTMENTS AVAILABLE?
👉 Yes, we have apartments suitable for families. We have two two-bedroom apartments ideal for families and friends stays. Please let us know in advance so we can recommend the best option for your group.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
👉 Pets are unfortunately not allowed at our guesthouse.
DO WE ALLOW SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS?
👉 No, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

👉 Our workspace includes high-speed internet, comfortable settings, ample power outlets, extra monitors, tea and coffee.
IS THE WORKSPACE OPEN 24/7?
👉 Yes, our co-working space is accessible 24/7 for guests staying at the guesthouse.
ARE THERE PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS?
👉 While we don’t have dedicated private meeting rooms, the workspace is designed to offer quiet areas, and we can suggest quieter hours for video calls. If you need more privacy, there is high-speed internet in all apartments.
IS THERE ACCESS TO PRINTING OR SCANNING SERVICES?
👉 No, but there's a print shop a couple of minutes' walk from us that offers a wide range of services at a good price.

CAN WE HIKE DIRECTLY FROM THE GUESTHOUSE?
👉 Yes! WHERE CAN WE RENT A CAR / SCOOTER / BIKE?
🛵 RENT A CAR / SCOOTER - CICAR (best quality/price) Available in Puerto de la Cruz, and in many places (North and South Airports, Santa Cruz, etc.) - EUROPCAR(fair prices) Available in both airports - If you want to rent a scooter, we often rent the ones of COOLTRA. They are located in Santa Cruz so you need to be comfortable riding a scooter for a long time / on the highway, but it is a great mean of transportation around the island. Other drivers here are usually respectful and it is not stressful to drive it 😊 🚵 RENT A BIKE - You can rent bikes and mountain bikes at RIDE BASE (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1vyCP4aUo6RsozRd9) in Puerto de la Cruz (reachable with a direct bus from Tulia). They also organize day/weekend trips.
